This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications published by Maverix Labs LLC ("Maverix Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), including ShiftFlowr, BackToWork, HydroFlow, MyRoutine, and any future apps published under this developer account.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
When you create an account or use our apps, you may provide:
- Account information: Name, email address, profile photo (if signing in with Google).
- Shift and schedule data: Shift types, start times, end times, locations, notes, and work patterns you enter into the app.
- Salary information: Hourly rates, tax brackets, pension contributions, and other earnings data you enter.
- Commute settings: Commute duration in minutes (no address or location data is collected).
- Subscription data: Purchase history and subscription status (processed through RevenueCat; we do not store payment card details).
1.2 Information collected automatically
- App activity: Feature usage, screen views, and interactions (via Firebase Analytics).
- Crash and performance data: Crash logs, diagnostics, and app performance information (via Firebase Crashlytics).
- Device identifiers: Anonymous device IDs used by analytics and crash reporting services.
1.3 Information we do not collect
- Precise location (GPS coordinates)
- Home or work addresses
- Contacts, messages, or call logs
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings
- Health or fitness data
- Web browsing history
2. How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Provide app functionality: display your shifts, send reminders and alarms, and calculate earnings.
- Improve the app: analyze feature usage to understand what matters to users.
- Fix crashes: identify and resolve bugs through crash reporting.
- Process subscriptions: manage free trials and premium features through RevenueCat.
3. Data storage and sharing
Storage: Your shift data, account information, and app settings are stored using Firebase (Firestore), a Google cloud service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Local mode: All apps function fully in local-only mode without an account. When used locally, your data is stored on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Third-party services: We use the following service providers to operate our apps. Each processes data according to its own privacy practices:
- Firebase (Google): authentication, data storage, analytics, and crash reporting
- RevenueCat: subscription management and purchase verification
We do not: sell your personal information, share your data with advertisers, or use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Your control over your data
- Account deletion: You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings to Delete Account). All associated data is permanently removed from our servers.
- Analytics opt-out: You can disable analytics collection in the app's privacy settings.
- Local-only usage: You can use all apps without creating an account. Your data remains on your device.
- Data export: Contact us at hello@maverixlabs.app to request a copy of your data.
5. Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
